TILLING AND SUBSOILING MEASURING SYSTEM
Depth measuring system with sensors to accurately indicate position of the implement during operation, which allow for subsoiler depth calculation through machine geometry. It can be used in combination with VCOM computers or VTG, to obtain a work depth georeferenced map via GPS. Specially designed for sugarcane and forestry subsoilers.
FOR TOWING AND 3-POINT IMPLEMENTS
OPERATION
- Two sensors are placed so as to read the movementsof the tool.
- Based on a mathematical formula, and with the data entered in the system, the system calculates the depthof the tine and displays it on screen.
- During operation, the system records points with the depth of the implement, hence generating a georeferenced map, which can then be viewed in the computer, thus obtaining a VCOM or VTG work log map.
This practical tool is used in sugarcane and forestry subsoiling activities in conjunction with liquid, granular or powder fertilizer dosing systems. It can also be used jointly with variable rate, auto-steer and many other Vcom solutions.

WORK LOG
The application system generates georeferenced maps that allow you to have a detailed record of the operator’s work. WhiIe operating, it stores such data as date, starting and finishing working times, depth, speed, hectares, applied and no-spray area. Our Agromaps Software generates reports and post-application maps of all registered variables, which enables you to visualize and analyze all these data, hence allowing for better decision-making.
