The last June 7 to 10, VERION´s team gave guided tours and the presentation of our wide line of products such as Fertilizers spreaders machines and Precision Agriculture, to this attended university students, distributors, dealers, and even go others interested in the advancement and growth of the market that VERION has to offer.

In these tours of the VERION´s places plant, university students of the Industrial Design career of the National University of Rosario, distributors and users, were able to learn about the production and creation line of VERION Agriculture, where they learned about the different development stations of the machinery. 

We also offered general technical information on precision agriculture and machinery design criteria, data processing, adaptation of products for the local or regional market, application of engineering solutions based on customer needs.

In this way we keep our users and future developers learning about the national agricultural production informed, until the next invitation.

The Herald Daily went to the Sello de Buen Diseño fair, at the CCK

On the first floor of the Centro Cultural Kirchner (CCK), Argentine-designed jewelry and clothes are displayed alongside motorcycles that rely on local supplies, and 3D printers that use recycled materials. What all 400 local products on display share is a “sello de buen diseño” — a quality seal for outstanding design.

The Sello de Buen Diseño fair showcases the work of Argentine small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

Also at the entrance of the CCK was an automated fertilizer for sugar cane production is on display. It was designed by the VERION company and is mostly sold in Brazil, Colombia, Panama, and Cuba. A new Argentine version, adapted to the soil of Tucumán, was recently bought by sugar cane company Ledesma.

“As an export, it brings in more dollars than what we ask for,”  Álvaro Deraco, from VERION, told the Herald. “And, when used here, with its precise control of the dosage, you don’t waste any fertilizer and therefore it helps the trade balance.”

VERION and Omnibus-Type recognized at the Sello de Buen Diseño Fair

ENAC partners recognized at the Argentine Good Design Seal Fair for having brilliant designs and meeting high standards of quality, innovation, sustainability and functionality to the new trends and needs of the country and the world.

The Government began this Thursday the 11th edition of the Argentine Seal of Good Design exhibition, with almost 400 SMEs that were highlighted during 2022 for their innovation, their design quality, their commitment to local production and their positioning in the market .

The event held at the Kirchner Cultural Center headed by President Alberto Fernández, awarded important distinctions by the Ministry of Industry and Productive Development, since in addition to having a brilliant design and meeting the highest quality standards, they are innovative , sustainable and functional to the new trends and needs of the country and the world.

At ENAC we are proud to mention the presence of two partner companies; Verion with its machinery Fertilizadora NKP Palmira and Omnibus-Type by Pablo Cosgaya with its distinguished products: The Emirates, Archivo and Saira typefaces.

This public policy, with 12 years of experience, has the purpose of making Argentine industrial production visible and establishing actions to promote the products of the territory.

VERION is trading on a sustained rise with the NPK PALMIRA fertilizer that it develops and produces in Argentina for the cultivation of sugarcane.

The company received the Sello de Buen Diseño (SBD) for the machine, which is awarded by the Ministry of Industry and Productive Development.

The distinction is granted to the products of the national industry that stand out for their innovation, participation in sustainable local production, positioning in the market and design quality.

The NPK Palmira fertilizer company is taking the first steps in marketing within the domestic market.

Even so, there are already several units in place of the implement that performs 4 tasks simultaneously: Cuts the maloja, incorporates the fertilizer at a fixed or variable rate, loosens and finishes the interlining.

The fertilizer machine is also being sent abroad and approximately ten machines have been exported.

Precision
The NPK Palmira fertilizer controls and doses up to three products, making it possible to carry out the recipes recommended by the agronomist with simple products, which are much cheaper than the application with compound granular fertilizers.

It contributes with precision in the distribution of nutrients, through an electro-hydraulic system controlled by a VCOM computer, widely tested in many countries with more than 8,000 units sold. Its 20 cm precision GPS allows you to perform tasks with high resolution.

In addition, the system allows applying according to a georeferenced application map, also generating a post application map for control and analysis of the task performed.

The dosing is done with a volumetric screw doser that allows great precision.

These resources make it possible to compare or superimpose maps with the subsequent yield of the crop to control and improve the doses and other factors that affect the yield of sugarcane.

The NPK Palmira fertilizer spreader operates with a stainless steel hopper with hermetic closure and steps to facilitate its loading. The capacity varies between 850 and 1,200 kilos, depending on the configuration.

Its robust tubular chassis makes it possible to offer a modular equipment with spacings of 140 to 170 meters and with various types of tools, according to the different types of soil, work, etc.

VERION was a winner in the 26th edition of the Exportar 2021 Awards for its insertion work in foreign markets.

He obtained the "Exporter Ambassador" award of the Central Region, in category 7, which distinguishes the "company that exports goods or goods representative of its province, region or community."

Within the Exportar 2021 Awards, the Central Region is understood to be made up of Buenos Aires, the city of Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Entre Ríos, La Pampa and Santa Fe.

The awards were presented by Foreign Minister Santiago Cafiero, who was accompanied by Cecilia Todesca Bocco, Secretary for International Economic Relations, and Juan Usandivaras, Executive President of the Argentine Agency for International Investment and Trade (AAICI).

After the award was handed over, Guillermo Rothpflug, CEO of VERION, thanked them by videoconference and explained the company's strategy to be an international player in the agromachinery fields.

El sistema está preparado para instalarse en cualquier tipo de maquinaria y puede ser utilizado en todas las operaciones agrícolas. El actuador eléctrico se instala debajo del volante, posee un sistema de montaje rápido para poder retirarlo fácilmente cuando no se utiliza; se puede utilizar en tractores, pulverizadores autopropulsados y cosechadoras.

Durante la operación, el sistema de guiado funciona generando las líneas guía para los modos tradicionales, AB recto, AB curvo y curva libre.

Además, líneas de guiado prediseñadas en la oficina con un computador de escritorio pueden ser llevadas al Vcom para luego utilizarlas con el sistema de guiado y piloto automático.

The system is designed to easily install in a variety of vehicle types and  can be used in all agricultural operations.  

The electric actuator is installed under the steering wheel, and boasts a fast mounting system for quick removal when not in use;  it can be used in  tractors, self-propelled sprayers and harvesters.

During the operation, the assisted steering system generates guidance lines; popular guidance paths available with  straight AB, ABcurve and adaptive curve. Likewise, guidance paths pre designed with the office desktop computer can be saved and loaded to the Vcom for later use as a custom guidance pattern with the guidance and automated steering system. 

The main advantage of the electric control system is its fast and easy installation, with minimal intervention on the original vehicle components;  that is to say, the actuator moves the steering wheel in the same way as the operator to guide the machine along the guidance line with high-end accuracy.

YOUR FIRST STEP IN PRECISION FARMING

One of the most important aspects of precision farming is to ensure application quality, thus minimizing overlaps and flaws. That is why the guidance system becomes an essential tool. The operator is guided by means of a highly accurate GPS to ensure precise manual work.

The 7.0 Guidance toolkit- LC offers the operator straight spraying and fertilizing applications pass-to-pass. This easy-to-use practical virtual guide displays a slope in perspective view for the operator to steer in and keep the right path, thus avoiding flaws and allowing for full coverage of the applied area. The device also generates real-time mapping to give operators a clear view of the applied area and simplify return to the same working point in the field after product refilling. The sections in the implement can be established for the system to screen display which of them are over applying product  and allow the operator to shut them off manually.
